Live Virtual Workshop - Two 3-Hour Days
If you aren't leading with your heart, who are you performing for? Your family, your job, your followers, the version of you everyone expects? This workshop works with the heart center, emotions and ancient practices to give you something practical to feel what is real and stop living for the image.
Sat & Sun, May 15-16, 2027 | 1:30pm - 4:30pm ET each day | Live on Zoom | Sliding scale from $55
Most of us don't need more information about our type. We need practice, with other people, out loud. If that sounds like you, keep reading. If not, no hard feelings.
Shame and the need to be seen a certain way shapes how you show up. So you overgive, overachieve or withdraw to protect an image, and lose touch with what you actually feel.
You notice the image you are protecting. You name it. You choose what happens next from what is real, not what will look right.
That is the whole promise. Not a new personality. Not a breakthrough you forget by Wednesday. One small, repeatable shift that holds up in real life.
A simple framework to help every Enneagram type work with shame, image and what they really feel.
By the end you will know how to identify different types of passions operating within your life.
Each day we will start with a meditation. Then it lives on YouTube for whenever you need to come back to yourself.
We look at what is actually running your heart: your enneagram passion and the outside noise feeding them. Small group work, then growth work to journal about overnight.
We start with what you noticed overnight. You'll learn several heart practices that help you process through your passion. Then you build your plan using Name it, See it, Build a plan, and practice it until it feels like yours.
Money should not be the reason someone who is ready stays out of the room. No proof, no questions asked. If you can give more, Sustaining opens a seat for someone else.

It helps to have a strong guess. If you are not sure, take the free 36-statement pattern assessment first: Identifying Your Patterns.
1:30pm–4:30pm Eastern Time each day. That is 10:30am in Los Angeles, 6:30pm in London and Lisbon, 7:30pm in Johannesburg, 8:30pm in Cairo, and 5:30am the next morning in Auckland.
A quiet space, a laptop or tablet with Zoom and your camera on, and a journal. That is it.
The teaching portions are recorded and shared with registered participants for 30 days. Small group work is never recorded, so everyone can speak freely.
Let us know at least 7 days before the workshop and you can move your seat to any other workshop in the 2027 series.
No. This is practice-based personal growth work, not therapy or medical care. If you are going through something serious, please reach out to a licensed professional as well.
Whichever lets you show up without strain. Everyone gets the same seat and the same experience.
Milton has spent his career in two rooms most people keep separate: the executive suite and the community table. He is a leadership and culture consultant, facilitator, and speaker, and he serves as President of the International Enneagram Association. He has worked with Dow Chemical, St. Jude, Stanford Continuing Studies, the Peace Corps, and Be The Bridge, and with leaders in places most firms never visit. The method does not change between rooms, because people do not.
He founded Kaizen Careers, Coaching and Consulting on a simple idea taken seriously: continuous improvement is not a program, it is what happens when a leader stops running an old pattern. His training is atypical by design, less curriculum and more mirror. He is direct and warm at the same time, and unwilling to pretend an offsite solved something it did not.
He works internationally and travels for engagements. He keeps his partnership list short so each organization gets a partner, not a calendar slot.
